Looking slightly southwest of zenith, I was frozen for about 30 minutes, watching an alien fireworks display. Today I would call it a micro-burst shower as the sparks generated from within a 30 degree area and shot in random directions within and just beyond that area. I hope this counts as I've always wondered what I'd seen. Carl Kirkhuff Wichita, KS
