From: Birger Andresen, Trondheim, Norway Date: Fri, 17 Nov 2000 09:00:00 +0100 Moderate Leonid rates from 03:30 to 06:00 UT under a 5.8 Lm sky outside Trondheim, Norway . The recorded data (tape) is not analyzed yet, but I assume each of the two observers saw 30-50 Leonids (?) and 5-10 sporadics. The brightest Leonid was estimated to -2 mag. About 10 were +1 mag or brighter for each observer. The field was pretty much the same (centered in Ursa Major / Ursa Minor towards Bootes) to avoid too bad interference from the moon and a field not too far from the radiant.
